2. Casdorph v. Casdorph, 460 SE2d 736 (WV 1995); establishing parent’s duty to provide support to adult child disable by catastrophic injury. 

3.  Padon v. Sears Roebuck & Co., 4115 SE 2d 245 (WV 1991); extension of “discovery rule” affecting statute of limitations in defamation actions. 


4.  Simms v. USA., 2015 WL 3457519 (WV 2015); reaffirming causation and damages in a "wrongful birth" after defendant breached its duty of care.
